DETACHED SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSE WITH SWIMMING POOL

"Villa Cártama" is located in one of the areas of Málaga known for its natural beauty and its historical and cultural heritage. The house is integrated in a natural landscape, between mountains, rivers and forests, an ideal place for the tranquility sought by its owners. The design of the house is divided into 3 floors, in which the wide spaces and contemporary style are the starting point. It is an exciting and challenging project. First of all, the choice of the site conditions the design, aspects such as the orientation of the house, the topography and the vegetation are crucial at the beginning of the project. Once we know these parameters we begin with the definition of a program of needs that will be those that organize the house in terms of distribution of private spaces, common areas and the integration of natural elements. The selection of materials also accompanies us from the first steps, it is important to know what formats will be used, colors and dimensions to create a perfect composition both outdoors and indoors.
